Summer Solstice Ritual Saturday 21st 8–10am at The Swansea Wellbeing Centre Join me for a soul-nourishing morning as we rise with the sun and honour the turning of the wheel for the Summer Solstice 🌞 Together, we’ll move, meditate, journal, and set intentions for the second half of the year, anchoring into the warmth and abundance that this season invites. This is a moment to rinse off what’s felt heavy, stagnant, or misaligned To realign with joy, purpose, and the sacred fullness of life. To remember that you are part of nature — cyclical, radiant, and always renewing.
