Service Description

Within this workshop I will deliver to you the 'closing the year' self practice tools that I use myself. This workshop invites you to create the space for you to become clear on what it is you you want to offer up for release into 2024, so you can step more into 'THE POWER OF YOU' into 2025. This two hour enriching workshop will include physical movement, journalling, breath work and guided meditation. Its going to be magical as you will get crystal clear on your goals and charge you with that flow of energy you want to take forward into 2025.
